Proverbs and The laws of nature
Proverbs are some peace of sentences which hold a wisdom, I often picture them as some flash lights, when many are gathered can create a great source of light. I say light because each of them have a power to lighten a particular area, a particular situation. They are compressed of life experience knowledge in few words, that knowledge is often unzipped (revealed) to those who meditate upon them or who use them. Proverbs helps a lot in education, this is why they are found almost everywhere and in all fields of life.
For example in Africa (since I’m in Africa ), you find lots and lots of interesting proverbs. I’ve checked that most old African men and woman holds so many sayings. Most of them have learned from experience than books and so through struggles and success in their life, they come up with conclusions which are now seen as proverbs. This is why they are very much seen as advisers, although those proverbs seems to be outdated today, their value remains truthful because they are based on life observation, on nature. And what is natural is a fact, is true.
Here are example of some interesting African proverbs (please add if you know some more )
• Unity is strength, division is weakness. ~ Swahili proverb
• Sticks in a bundle are unbreakable. ~ Bondei proverb
• It takes a village to raise a child. ~ African proverb
• Cross the river in a crowd and the crocodile won’t eat you. ~ African proverb
• Many hands make light work. ~ Haya (Tanzania) proverb
• Where there are many, nothing goes wrong. ~ Swahili proverb
• Two ants do not fail to pull one grasshopper. ~ Tanzanian proverb
• A single bracelet does not jingle. ~ Congolese proverb
• A single stick may smoke, but it will not burn. ~ African proverb
• If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. ~ African proverb
The laws of nature
What I love about proverbs (but I mean true proverbs) is that they speak the language of the nature. Because the language of the nature is nothing but the unchangeable laws of nature all beings in the world of matter are obliged to obey. Call it the laws of nature or the language of the nature, it’s in fact the same thing. Which are they? They are the laws of physics, of chemistry, or of life in general; Those same laws are repeated in all fields of life and their knowledge helps in avoiding mistakes, and in taking advantages of them in due time. For example, It’s a natural law “If you don’t ever eat, you die, and if you eat healthy you fell alive”, physically it’s true, and spiritually it’s also true.
You will say “But the soul never dies!” Depends on how you understand a Soul and to die . Because I distinguish 2 kinds of soul, one that doesn’t always know what to eat (the human soul), and another which never miss food because it feeds straight from God ( The spirit). See the laws are defined, but to who or what they apply is not defined. For example in nature happiness and sufferance exist. But some areas in the universe do not know about sufferance and darkness, does it mean happiness doesn’t exist? No. It only means those area are put in some particular condition which doesn’t allow sufferance to happen.
This explains why the spirit is not affected by the bad things which happens to the human soul. But OK the subject about the soul and death is another long subject. This was just to give an example of how the same laws of nature we all know happening in the physical world also happens in the psychic world.
How to understand the laws of nature
And so anyone with a brain can understand nature, because nature is what is (and what happens) around us. Nature has been considered as sacred living book by many great spiritualists and mystics people. It’s then the only book that speaks a universal language. If we don’t manage to learn anything from nature it’s because we don’t pay attention to it, it’s obvious, we see nature everyday and nothing around astonishes us anymore. While the beginning of nature studies starts with an astonishment. If you want to learn from nature, it’s necessary to look at nature as if it was the first time you’ve ever looked at it, you will need to be amazed at the most insignificant things around you.
You must be very careful and notice and care about what people usually don’t care about. You must be like “What is that!” , “Amazing! How is that the sky is blue and the sea is also blue!”, “Amazing humans grow, animals grow faster, plans even faster, and stones don’t seem to grow ”… Every natural thing that you see happening regularly around, things that people commonly do, things that plants or animals do is a law of nature. And like I said earlier, what is found in nature is true. So when for example you are not sure about something, when you want to check if some knowledge you’ve received from someone is true or false , ask nature what it thinks about it, let nature approve it.
How you do that? Check the received the information against what happens in nature. Here’s a key, nature has repeated each truths in each of the 4 areas of the physical life, I mean one truth is found among humans, the same truth is also found among animals and again among plants and again among minerals. So if you have an information that can’t be found in any of the 4 areas of life. You can conclude without a doubt the information is false. On top of all there will be absolutely no doubt if you also check your information in a higher world, in the causal world since that’s where all cosmic laws are recorded.
Here’s a simple example, you want to check if the world will end(or die) one day. In your mind, Ask the humans, the animals, the plans and the stones : do you die one day? then become a human and answer that question, when you get it, change into an animal and answer the same question, then again change into a stone and answer the question. If you give the same answer that’s means it’s true, if only one of them says no, then it’s not 100% true, that means there’s a case ( a condition) where the world will not die. You can even go as far as to ask how and when the world will die (slowly? suddenly?). What you get is absolute.
Above everything I’ve said on how to read the laws of nature, there’s a something to take into consideration. Although the laws are the same for both visible and invisible worlds, the process (or steps) is not the same. The steps of how things happens in the invisible world is the reverse of how it happens here in the physical world. For example to find out how a soul dies, you need to revert the physical death process. If In the physical world, your consciousness leaves the dead body before that physical body starts to decompose. But in the psychic world the soul body starts to first decompose before it leaves it.
If in the physical world to be born means to leave the spiritual world, in the spiritual world to be born means to leave the physical world. If on earth you start building a house from the ground up to the roof, in the spiritual world, we build it from up down, we start first from the roof then make our way down to the ground. If you forget that rule, you will make lots of mistake trying to understand the spiritual world.
It might all seem easy when reading, but in practice you could feel really stuck when trying to find truths. Well that’s because it requires some time to really be able to get answers from nature that way. If you feel that way, then you can start with easy questions and as time goes, you could ask more complex questions later. And if you still can’t get anything wise out of a natural law, then try this: Read some normal books wise people had written which contains some explanation of mystic things using images. Reading spiritual masters and advanced disciples books is a good start. See how they came up with ideas, the images they used, the correspondences they have made etc.
However I know that those whose intuition is already active, will enjoy this article method very very much . Yes because their intuition will helps them to quickly navigate through their etheric memory and the cosmic memory to check how things works in them and in the universe. That’s where wisdom starts.
You will probably notice that most advanced disciples and great masters (teachers) use (or used) a symbolic language, they use images taken from nature, from everyday life to explain spiritual things. Well they wouldn’t do that if there was no relationship between the way things work in the spiritual world and how they do in the physical world. Because the laws are the same in all worlds. The key that unlocks secrets is found in the Emerald Table of Hermes trismesgiste where he says “That which is below is like that which is above, and that which is above is like that which is below, to perform the miracles of one only thing.” I guess that explains it all.
I can’t wait for that time when children will be able to tell about the esoteric science, the most mystic things of life, just by observing a human eye, or the beams of light, or the food they eat… , that time in the future is predictable, that’s when what we commonly call holy books will be seen as any other books, because people will write so many books containing so many truths which will be again collected to form new holy books all nations can understand. and even better, we should be all able in the future to refer to the living book (nature) to educate ourselves.
